Things to know before you rent
Install the Linka Go app to begin - Install on Apple or Install on Google
The renter is responsible for the bike from the moment of rental until you return it and officially end the rental within the app. Please make sure to lock your bike using the app anytime you step away from it to prevent unauthorized use. For your added security and peace of mind, the bike will automatically lock itself if it remains stationary for 10 minutes. When you’re ready to continue your ride, simply use the app to unlock the bike and resume riding safely.

To begin your rental you must first download the Linka Go app. The app will allow you to lock and unlock the bike during your rental.

If you notice an issue before or after your rental use the app to report the issue.
If you have an issue during a rental text us at 504-233-0686. We do not offer road side assistance but we will do our best to assit you with the issue.

The adult cruiser bikes have a weight limit of 220 lbs
The youth bikes have a weight limit of 165 lbs.
The e-bikes have a weight limit of 220 lbs

One charge is your rental, this total will appear on the top of your app screen as the “fare”
The second charge is a deposit for the bike which will be cancelled once you return the bike and end the rental.

We are a local family business. We live on the Northshore but are utilizing these remote locks for our customers convenience.
