Cancellation & Refund Policy

If any trip is cancelled by Canoe & Trail due to weather or any circumstances a 100% refund will be issued.

For all public trips:
Single day trips:
If you confirm your cancellation with us 24 hours prior to the trip meeting time a 100% refund will be given. Within 24 hours of the trip meeting time only a 50% refunded will be given
Two & three day trips:
If you confirm your cancellation with us 72 hours before the trip meeting time a 100% refund will be given. If you confirm your cancellation with us 48 hours before the trip meeting time only a 50% refunded will be given. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the trip meeting time will not be given a refund.

Four days or more trips:
If you confirm your cancellation with us two weeks before the trip a 100% refund will be given. If you confirm your cancellation with us within two weeks of the trip only a 50% refunded will be given. Any cancellations within one week of the trip will not be given a refund.

For Private Trips:
Single day trips:
If you confirm your cancellation with us 48 hours prior to the trip meeting time a 100% refund will be given. Within 48 hours of the trip meeting time only a 50% refunded will be given.
Two & Three day trips:
If you confirm your cancellation with us 7 days before the trip date e a 100% refund will be given. If you confirm your cancellation with us 72 hours before the trip date only a 50% refunded will be given. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the trip date will not be given a refund.
